Membership Enrollment

Membership in the Peripheral Nerve Society is open to any person with interest in disorders of the peripheral nervous system. Membership includes clinicians, academicians, basic and clinical scientists, members of industry and representatives from neuropathy organizations. All new members will be reviewed by the PNS Membership Committee. Members of the Peripheral Nerve Society may join Special Interest Groups (SIGs) by request. There are no additional dues fees to join. You may indicate your SIG preference(s) on your membership enrollment.

Membership Dues Categories:

Voting Members:

Active Members - $200
Those with an academic or clinical position of three years or more.

Junior Members - $100
Those that have held an academic or clinical position for three years or less. This membership tier also includes residents, fellows, trainees, and students.

Non-Voting Members:

Industry Members - $400
All members of industry.

Patient Advocacy Group Members - Free
All Patient Advocacy Group employees. Please email info@PNSociety.com for your gratis discount code, which you may apply to the membership rate when joining online.

Senior Members - Free
Active Members (academic or clinical position) who have retired. Please email info@PNSociety.com to request a change in membership status and to obtain your gratis discount code.

Membership Terms:

Credit Card Service Charge: All dues fees include a 3% credit card service charge. Please contact info@PNSociety.com for other payment options.

Membership Term: The term of membership is 1 January - 31 December. 

Privacy Policy: All information collected here is for PNS use. PNS will not give out any personal data on this site without your express permission.

Security Policy: We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Refund Policy: PNS membership is non-refundable. Please contact Member Services at info@pnsociety.com with any questions or concerns.
